WOVEN BAGS AND PP/HDPE PRODUCTS

CAPE COVER AND CONTAINER LINER

We offer container liner, which  is a flexible packaging bag used for dry bulk cargo transportation in containers. Dry bulk container liners, also known as shipping, sea bulk or sea land container liners. These are manufactured using woven polypropylene and can fit any standard container. These liners are made from either laminated (coated) or non-laminated (uncoated), depending upon the application. The container liners are capable of transporting any non-hazardous dry, free-flowing product in containers like bulk powders, pellets, granules and grain.

The container liner is suspended in place by attaching the fixing points to hooks in the roof of the container. The filling sleeves and discharge sleeves correspond with the respective top and bottom holes in the temporary bulkhead. Liner retention systems to the top fill bulk liner are employed – self adhesive strips along the bottom of the liner or restraining flaps at the end of the liner. The container is usually loaded by pumping or throwing cargo through the filling sleeve. This liner may be inflated before filling. To discharge the cargo, the container is tipped, allowing cargo to flow out of the discharge sleeve. Rotary flow pumps are often used to pump the cargo into above-ground silos.
